Building Survey (Indepth)
The indepth survey is for those who would like to know more about the property in detail. The report would provide a full description of the property and discuss any defects identified, look at how serious they are and how quickly they should be addressed. The report would also include photographs as a method of illustrating the problems and where they are. We would always recommend a detailed building survey is undertaken to ensure the client is not faced with any unexpected repair bills.
Building Survey (Simple)
The simple buiding survey is designed to be a relatively low cost way of having a property surveyed without spending a fortune. The surveyor would inspect the whole property as they would a detailed survey, however the report would focus on looking to see the property is structurally sound and will have a lot less content than the detailed survey report.
