Gemma Gosden is a female Chartered Building Surveyor here to help you through the property mind-field from Cornwall who has made a career from her interest in buildings, how they are put together and how they can fall apart!
Working with some of the most knowledgeable surveyors over the last 7 years she managed to pick up an MSc and her Chartership with the RICS.
During this time she noticed a potential niche in the surveying market for stay at home mums and vulnerable members of the community who would prefer to work with another female, she decided it was time to put her experience to the test and start out on her own.
She offers a flexible and friendly service and will always do her best to work appointments around her Client’s more important daily commitments such as work and the school run!
Plus we now have Tim a Chartered Building Surveyor heading up the Kent and Londen arm of GGPM Ltd.
