A commercial property survey would include an indepth inspection followed by a report illustrating every aspect of the property including details on items requiring closer attention and remedial/improvement works and the time in which these should be carried out. Photographs will indicate the location of any problematic areas.
Condition Surveys
Including a beginning, intermediate and terminal inspection for residential lettings, we can provide an overview of the existing condition of the property, including externals and any common parts. The resulting report would provide information on items such as windows, doors, chimneys, brickwork and drainage as well as internal elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, electrics and ther items deemed relevant.

Occasionally used to study the long term usefullness and economic viability of a proposed project before it is given the green light. It can be used to analyse whether to go ahead or move in another direction.
